The Code Commentaries and clarifications provided below have been
prepared by individuals in the nuclear power industry that attend and
participate in public technical meetings and conferences on a regular basis.
They are also individuals that are knowledgeable in the development and
implementation of Nuclear Inservice Inspection and Testing Programs. This
